I had no problems with the switchover from zenfire to continuum. I put my request in last friday and had the login details by Sunday. I requested everything online. Sorry to hear others are having issues.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
I hadn't received the log in information by late Thursday afternooon. I contacted the Emergency Desk (only people that would answer) and asked for an update. They took my account number to verify and I had the password by Thursday night. Took an hour to get everything working right but it seemed solid on Friday. As of now, the ICE products (Russell) still aren't available.
Wonder How Long More I/we have to wait to get login credentials for Continuum (user name& password)so I/we can resume trading my/our Mirus account on Ninja Trader platform.
Already registered to convert my account to Continuum on 15th-january and also Converted my License Key to Continuum/ Ninja Trader.
