My max stop in each trade was 10 ticks, most of them were half that depending on what price action i saw. The trades off the LOD i have 3-4 tick stops on them
It was quite choppy and side ways today, think i got two trades on the run with about 30-40 ticks
You are doing quite well. Can you explain why you took the setups? What was loud and clear about this method that made you take those specifically or was it a combination of other methods etc..?
Im going to inbox you a link to my site were i keep a journal, you can see every thing in black and white, it was a combo of my analysis and this method and timing with no fear. Retracemnts levels along with MCADBB`s giving me conformation and haveing that gut feeling edge. I took a $500 winner on sim this morning. i posted the vid on Orin`s jouanl
i have to say i never really believed in FIB levels ect. But i must say i have seen a whole diffrent light the last few weeks. I can almost clearly see were price want to hold and go. I think the combernation of FIB leves with the MCADBB`s works amazing and give me a very clear view of the markets
i must thank you and orin along with henry and horst for your info and there teeaching, wish i come accross this method 5 years ago when i started. Would have stopped alot of lost money and pain thats took me years to over come
To be honest tho, what i have come to learn over the 5 year battle i have been trading is......its all physological
Its only since i have been deeply researching into the mental side of trading that i have actuallt started doing well. Over the last 5 years i spent my whole time learning new methods blaming the markets for my mistakes and then trying to learn more to beat the markets
Only since i have fully understood the mental side of trading and how to train your self to devlope the skilles required mentaly to trade have i started making money
Held targets (although they never got hit), updated TP's when picture changed
My entries really sucked today though. I feel like when I hit my irons (golf analogy) then I can't the woods etc..
Tough day mentally and I am over-busy with work, so not much time to focus on trading.
Good job Greenr as you are inspiration. One thing I noticed is that when TF is a moving I do better. I am wondering if my brain requires CL instead of TF, as I have done well in the past on CL but wanted to stay focused. I like faster moving instruments, but I don't think it really changes anything. Bad entries, not holding TP's, etc. will still affect me on that instrument.
