As I experienced in uncounted shots and was taught to me by an army ranger master sergeant when I was a lad in 1991. He's not a man you would disagree with at 1500m. If he says Coriolis, don't say Eotvos until out of range
love the post but naturally i do have a few questions if i may
If the Coriolis is true why does it not affect the airplanes ?
The Navy has a rail gun > able to hit the target @ 100 miles!!!
They also make no adjustment for the curvature or getting affected by any "Coriolis" ?
They actually say nothing about the two. But will still hit the target @ 100 miles.
Why is that you think ?
Is it possible that the sniper's bullet is being affected by the air density ? As oppose to the "rotation" of earth ?
Since i'm still in search for the scientific proof for the rotation of earth, can you please help me find it ??
