I just want to be transparent and must admit when i wrote this post i was frustrated. I did not fully understood some functions of NT8 which influenced my judgment. So far, all problems i had have vanished. Still using their products but nowadays there are many competitors and would probably select different tools from various vendors though i am not using much these days. I use the custom profile and VWAP tools quite a bit, the rest comes from Ninja's order flow tools.
I'm using their TPO Sessions on nt8. When i works it's beautiful. But what ever licensing they are using can be irregular. I've contacted them before about this issue, but have been told they do not have this issue with ppl all over the world.
They ask for logs and such, which i've sent... nothing... it's really a become to cumbersome. Sorry, I ever dealt with them. In fact, when i did their trial, there was some confusing when i cancelled my paypal, and they were very rude.
As you can see, i really don't post much... But have had it with them.
If anyone has similar problems, perhaps let others know...
Like i said, there TPOS are beautiful, but as for licensing hanging the entire NT8 system? It happened way to many times... and i've tried so many trading software packages, and have never experienced anything like this.
Please chime in, if I'm being unfair.

PS. after 30 minutes, the TPO's finally pop up on my screen. Now i only have 30 min to get ready for the market... ugh....
Just wanted to follow up. I have not heard back from anyone, so to be fair.... Also, want to mention, that I have not had any issues lately. Fingers crossed.... ty
