Yup you're right, I just confirmed it-- same guy.
So he has a track record of illegally accessing the site and violating our terms and conditions, which can be construed as harassment.
Mike
He seemed like a very complicated man

Yes guys, this trader hates futures.io (formerly BMT ) so much that he just won't leave me alone, and keeps trying to have an account here! Makes perfect sense right?
Here is his latest email to me

Mike you are a poser. A failed trader who is nothing but a rip off artist. At 25 a
pop for your elite cult you must be doing pretty good for yourself. No wonder you are moving to a foreign country. At 25 a pop why WOULD you even trade.
As I said before if you can't answer the question I posed in that thread then every knows you're a poser. You can't take someone who is a real trader making money everyday calling you out. POSER
I find it interesting that traders from your forum who are not real traders are always the ones who seem to want to comment on the success of real traders who have made it. You called me a lair and a gambler in the thread as did others. I am the furthest thing from it. I posted live charts and statements for god's sake. NO one else did. I wanted to show it was real not that phoney failure poser shit you do.
Funny I got some posts/PM's from traders who thought that it was good I called you out. Interesting.
Your forum is nothing but a farce and you are ripping off unsuspecting new traders money. Stop ripping people off Mike it's bad business and one of these days you will rip off the wrong trader or ban the wrong trader and they hire the best hacker real trading money can buy and you will wonder what happened when your whole site goes down and can't be fixed. It will be because of what I just said.
I saw you put up what I said in my first email. Good. The REAL traders know about you Mike. Lets see if you have the balls to put this email up in the thread so that all the real traders can see that I am telling you the way it REALLY is in the REAL world.
Gonna start a public blog about this website now. You wanted a malafuda now you got one poser. I am going to make it so that all traffic, searches, etc see my blog before this website even if I have to pay to do it Mike. Hopefully any new traders will take heed of what I say and not come here and get ripped off by you. I'll use real money I make from trading to do it. Are you scared now? Good you should be Mike because you have been ripping traders off for to long now and now it's time you learned a lesson.
As for all the other traders who have already been ripped by you Mike I feel bad for them. Especially the ones who are still involved with your forum however I suspect even they know by some of the posts and PM's I got that you are a poser and a failure and just hang around futures.io (formerly BMT) to have something to do when they are trading. That's my best guess anyway.
This part is for all the traders at futures.io (formerly BMT). Mike is a failed trader who is ripping off your systems and indicators. You should beware of what you post in futures.io (formerly BMT) could taken and canned and sold at your expense.
I really do hope you put this up in the thread so that people can see it Mike. I will be checking to see rest assured. If not no worries I WILL be posting it at every other forum and blog on the internet so it can be copied and pasted to your website by someone else who can post it in the thread. Easy for you to post shit after you ban when someone can't respond to your BS. You are a piece of work Mike I'll give you that. What a poser!! I'm glad you are getting out of the country Mike. We don't need phony poser locusts like you here we have enough of them in the government.
See you at my blog then
Mike

In this case, my takeaway is pretty good:
1. Don't hold onto a losing trade
2. There is a greater fool out there
3. The greater fool will keep coming back to take your trade

Doesn't matter now. DO you know what form 3949A is Mike?
I don't get fucked pal. I DO THE FUCKING!!
I checked you out Mike. I am an expert at data mining and information gathering. Come to find out everyone doesn't love you. You're banning days are just about over.
Tell you what though. I am going to give you 1 chance and 1 chance only. You will before this weekend is over place an apology for calling me a lair in the thread and say you were wrong to say it. You will also unblock my IP so I can verify that you did. I can have someone else check rest assured though. If not
Your life is going to change drastically Mike. Your passport is going to get revoked, and you will not be leaving the country any time soon. I am making sure of that. Then you are going to pay back all of the people you scammed through this forum and it is going to be shut down. You will be prosecuted, tried and sentenced to what ever the jury decides. By the time all of the traders you scammed testify you won't be banning anyone anytime soon.
You're criminal enterprise you are running is over Mike. Make no mistake. I strongly encourage you to place the apology Mike because once I mail the envelope you are going to experience a world of hurt you never dreamed of when you thought this scam of yours up. All you have to do is public ally apologize in the thread and then take down this website. You are still free to leave with your scam money to Ecuador however should you decide to risk it is on you then I won't be able to stop it.
You have until Sunday evening 9pm. I'll be checking to see if I can see the thread and if you've posted. My postman comes at 9am Monday morning.
I fear you will think that this email is joke Mike. Trust me Mike this email is NO joke.
Mike

The following message was sent to you via the Big Mike's Trading Forum Contact Us form by Almost forgot ( mailto:
[email protected] ).
--------------------------------
here is a copy of your write up that will accompany your 3949A Mike.
This notice is being sent to bring attention the webite Bigmiketrading.com.
This webites owner is running a crimnal enterprise via this webisite and scamming unsuspecting new daytraders accessing the site by charging them a fee to join an "elite" area and then revoking the membership for "misuse".
The fee's being charged are 50-100 at a time and by my math have brought in close to 3 million US dollars.
The owner of this website is currently trying to move out of the US to Ecuador and I am sure taking untaxed reveune with him out of the country.
I would direct you to this person directly however I do know that he is located in the state of Texas as of now and has stated on his webiste that he is leaving the US and relocating to Ecuador in January 2014 as he is building a new home there no doubt with all the untaxed scam money from the website. I am sure your investigators can easily find him. He runs this enterprise out of his home in Texas.
I would tell you to go to the website Bigmiketrading.com and scroll to the bottom of the home page lower left and note the amount of members the site has. Simple math comes up with 2,429,700 dollars as of this notice with 835 new members stated so far this month of November. 835 new members at 50 comes to approxiamtely 41,750 dollars for this moth so far. This website also has paid vendors as well as advertisers. I have no idea how much revenue is generrated from these two items however I am sure those numbers can be researched by accessing his database and/or contacted the website hosting entity. They should be investigated as well as they are harboring a criminal enterprise. You could also have your investigators contact the vendors and advertisers directly and inquire as to charges being incurred at the Bigmiketrading.com website.
This persons passport should be rovoked at once to ensure a proper investigation can be conducted while he is still on US soil and can prosecuted in US courts. All banks accounts, assets, and trading accounts should be frozen immediatley.
An expediant investigation should begin immediately upon reciept of this notice.
I have provided the most pertintent information you will need to begin proceedings against this individual. I have enclosed the proper form indicated for use at the IRS website.

in terrorem -- LATIN "a legal warning, usually one given in hope of compelling someone to act without resorting to a lawsuit or criminal prosecution. For example, many intellectual property attorneys send in terrorem letters"
In other words, a piece of legal mumbo jumbo that doesn't mean squat just thrown out in the hope of getting a reaction from some credulous person.
Which Big Mike is not.

BTW, for anyone who thinks the numbers he came up with are anything remotely close to true, you can find more info here. Short version: "not even close..."

If you want to be left alone, I don't see the point of posting his emails in the open. You are fueling the argument.

That has nothing to do with it...
I haven't sent him any reply and he is banned on the site, so he cannot even see the thread (he even mentioned this in his message). I further banned his entire IP segment so he cannot even get to the point to where he can send "forum feedback" after his last message, just because I don't even want to receive such junk in my inbox.
This thread is all about him, so I was just posting the "conclusion" -- otherwise people will undoubtedly ask what happened to him, why was he banned, etc. Some people want less info, some people want more info, I cannot please everyone.
I am just glad he is no longer part of the site because he was sitting a terrible example for others.
Mike
