I don’t really have a nice setup for this, so no trade today

Be careful, if you are just starting to trade. The DAX is a monster

Today the IB was long, there was an up gap that didn’t close. This gives the trade short 9:30 – 11:00, which would have given 40 points profit. I’m counting it in this journal, as I want all trades registered, also when I was not able to trade it live.

If the IB was red, the system would give the same trade with an SL of 40. DAX Long trade Entry 10:30 @ 15765 Exit 12:00 @ 15761 SL 30 pts Result -4 pts Historical results with this setup: 737 pts (30 trades/win% 77%) Let’s see edit 12:02: The last 30 minutes price dropped 30 points

Edit 13:46: - Arrived in The Azores. Here it is 2 hrs earlier than in Amsterdam, so I hope I can wake up every day on time for the trade. - This morning the IB was short, no gap and price at 9:30am was below prior day HL range. This gives a long trade from 10:00 till 11:30 (with SL 29p), what would have resulted in a 13p loss.

DAX Long trade Entry 10:30 @ 15680 (June contract) Exit 12:00 @ 15684 SL 29 pts Result 4 pts Historical results with this setup: 329 pts (16 trades/win% 80%) Let’s see edit 12:04: Price first almost hit the SL (3p), then up 60+p, to exit with a small profit
