Two difficult days where I was able to pull out a small profit. There's a lot of good example trades to go over here. Go to the end of the videos to hear my debriefing as to what I need to fix.

Fourth winning day in a row. A bit of a disappointing day though overall. I was looking for 20 ticks, and it hit my target. However, the action was very slow, and a lot of the move happened during very volatile post news trading. So I wasn't able to take full advantage of it. Four ticks in the green today.
The streak continues. I read ADP perfectly, but took too short of a profit. I then lost a lot on some FOMO trades. I've mentioned waiting 30 minutes after volatility in the past. I think I would have done better if I stuck to that. Eventually made it back to get +3 ticks.
Started out the day with some failed continuation trades. I was starting to feel like maybe I was tilting, but I stuck with my strategy. I event doubled up on contracts when my strategy said it's ok. It paid off big time. As always I got out a little too early, but still made 8 ticks on the day. Looks like almost everyone in the did well today.
Screwed up today's recording, but oi what a bad day. Ended my 7 day streak by hitting my daily loss limit. I am still profitable for the month but oi it hurts. The worst part is that I had at least 2 mfe on every trade. We were just very very range bound. Going to look at my trades on past auction days to see if there's any patterns in my trading.
Another day of moves that disappoint and fail to extend. Let the first trade come back on me a bit too much. Realized we were ranging and ended the day with +3.
Some interesting action with really good trading on the way down. However, the day was marked largely by failed breakouts. I ended up with -2 on the day. I probably should have stopped when we came back to the chop area and taken a profit on the day. Overall though it doesn't look like my edge was enough to make this Monday worth trading.
