This "large" increase in Volume around 9:25-35 (in most case 28/29/30) is because of the european settlement from brent. There you often have some tight, larger than average volume. For instance 21.06 or 22.06 and sometimes even the highest volume of the day or close to (11.06).

For some reason Snagit loss over half of my video but it captured my winning trade so that's good. Overall feeling great about how things are going, the week was a little shaky in the middle with a couple of loss days but finished strong. Weekly recap to follow soon.
I took six trades in POC chop today trying to get the break, 4 losses and 2 BEs and then missed the expected breakdown. Too many trades again today and a very low win rate. Definitely gotta tighten things up.
One of my worst days since I have started trading again since March 19th. I need a complete revamp of what I'm doing. It has become obvious that I can identify winning trades and sometimes some large winners but if I can't reduce the number of losses it's going to be very difficult for me to thrive as a trader. I am considering taking tomorrow off or possibly even the rest of the week. I am going back and forth between trying to decide if I have a fundamental problem of understanding of the methodology or if it's more of a patience / discipline issue where I need to wait for the good trades and pass on all the crap that I am taking. I know 100% that this is what I want to do, I won't quit and I won't give up, but I also don't want to sit in the insane asylum of repetitive anti productive action forever either. We went over a lot of the issues that I am having during the live session today with Kelly. Very helpful and I understand 100%, but I always tend to understand what he is explaining. The question is how do I implement and execute the changes that I need to make? I will do the best I can to make it happen, I am grateful that I have been able to maintain the discipline to stay on demo, that's definitely a good thing.. What a ride....
*** I haven't done any poker updates for a while. I played last night and the game broke early and only ran for two and a half hours and made $1,150 so that was great. Interesting parallel, I am having my first losing month playing cards in over a year. Are they related? Not sure.
Maybe you are doing poor because of Opec week. I find them very hard to trade.
Tuesday was the JTC, yesterday was first supposed to be the JMMC which is now for today with Opec and Opec+ meeting.
