I can relate. The going too large and going to revenge. It is ugly. It is embarrasing. The truth with me was that my Ego wanted to impress others and they really did not care. So, I am leaning toward balance. Will not trade everyday and going to trade small.
Sorry to hear about your account and I believe you are braver and have more potential than you though a few months ago when you posted about the crap day.
