Religion is nothing but cause of conflict with no possible resolution, which is unfortunate, because most people pursuing it, mean well, but inevitably end up worse off because of it.
Is this a scientifically validated claim?

Given this set of statements, it is near-impossible to explain and to defend them, without insulting those who believe in creationism or some of the more far-fetched concepts linked to Islam. Let us assume that I believe that it is high time to strip religion of a lot of nonsense that comes along with it, I might go for some cartoons to demonstrate it. The purpose of the demonstration is not to insult anybody, but to show how irrational some of the religious beliefs are.
PS : I have a great respect for religious people. This of course includes Christians, Muslims, Jews, Hindus. Nevertheless religious zealots are one of the imminent threats to our open society. Open and tolerant societies have fared better in the past. That explains the necessity to stand up and speak.
Very tastefully done Harry.

Kind of. If you really got into Oil Trading Academy's website, the guy has a very intense religious component to it all. In addition to the purely bizarre category, like using the Mason Code to unveil the hidden meaning of the the Star Wars characters, he posts some softer stuff, like links to angels, quotes scriptures, etc. It is certainly an underlying source of motivation for him.

And this should probably go in the thread about good movies lately, but I loved Seven Psychopaths . The characters were brilliant, it went so many directions but really didn't, great actors and acting...

1) Ditto.
2) I like Jews and Freemasons but am not either.
3) Computers do dominate trading but there is no "code".

Yes lets all do that as this is not helping anyone with their Trading.
We don't need to come down to his level. There is a point of difference and we let him be him and we continue on our journey.
