OK, hard to really help without an accurate description of the problem. It's like when my mom calls me and says "the computer doesn't work". It takes me 10 minutes of talking to her before I can get her to just read me the exact error message on the screen.
Once you know the error message and you are able to accurately describe the problem, maybe futures.io (formerly BMT) can help. Or keep working with MC and Mirus.
I do know that Rithmic and MultiCharts work fine together, I am using it myself.
I remember someone mentioning having user name or password stored with an accidental space in it and had to be corrected in two places due to where they are stored or something along those lines if it is a log in issue...

Ask them what their all-in price is. Then double check your statement, because some brokers have a reputation for telling you one thing, then charging you something completely different (have personally experienced this, and witnessed it more than once with a particularly well known broker).
As for brokers not advertising their rates -- personally, that is a turn off for me and I don't use such brokers. But I can also understand their reasons for doing so, users place way, way too much emphasis on commission cost, and basically no emphasis on longevity, strength, capability, performance, technology, reporting, knowledge, and etc etc behind the broker. So some brokers don't advertise rates because they will lose business because users will choose a different broker to save $5 a month.
He has issues with Zen, not Rithmic.
You know these things get SEOed really fast on Google...might give the wrong impression.
