Is this something that you can share?

At the moment it isn't clean enough, but I don't think I'd ever be comfortable distributing code that allowed people to place trades, so if I did clean it up I would strip that part out as well.

Perhaps we should ask @NinjaTrader if that will be a feature in NT8 anyways in which case it might be more sensible to wait, but who knows how long NT8 will take.... vvhg

I can say that our development plan for NT8 has DOM enhancements that include historical and real-time trade data visualized as a histogram.
