"The day I became a winning trader was the day it became boring. Daily losses no longer bother me and daily wins no longer excited me. Took years of pain and busting a few accounts before finally got my mind right. I survived the darkness within and now just chillax and let my black box do the work."

For my money, I would go with the Droid Razr MAXX. I got it the day it launched in Jan. You cannot beat the battery life on this phone. I can go 2 days before charging. I use my phone for text, voice and email . I do very little surfing. Took it off the charger almost 11 hours ago and the battery is still at 80%.
I have the original Droid RAZR and agree it is a great phone. Battery life is awesome, and still incredibly competitive display and size even almost a year later.
We had an (presumably but probably so) independent consumer test on mobile phones.
Galaxy S3 excelled in all respects and won a resounding victory over all other mobiles, including iPhones...
My several times rooted and flashed Galaxy S is just wonderful so I do not want to give it up too soon but S3 really rocks.
Well said TMFT, I wanted to get away from Apple. Google's insidious handling of the Android interface is equally if not more offensive.
And the S3 Galaxy is a horrible phone, over hyped, non intuitive and Gorilla glass is a joke. An 800dollar phone that feels cheap. I expect iPhone 5 sales to wipe away the Android fanboy notion that Apple's days are done.
I have had nothing but issues with S3 myself. I call it Samsung Garbage 3.
I have preferred Motorola hardware over Samsung for a long while, but Samsung is clearly the winner when it comes to Android devices (sales). Perhaps that changes with Google's acquisition of Moto.
Just root the phone and do a custom ROM and you can get rid of all the 'bloatware' on the phone.
Google makes money on the information it gathers. I suspect majority of people prefer it this way. You of course are free to pay for search, pay for maps, pay for backup, pay for instant messaging, pay for video messaging, or any of the other hundred things that are free because of the incentive by Google to give you those things in exchange for collecting data.
