Carley Garner, Senior Strategist and Broker at DeCarleyTrading, will be monitoring this thread so that she may answer any questions that you post here relating to DeCarleyTrading products and services or Options Trading in general.
I have been trading with DeCarley for a few months. A few problems with trades (short options) being rejected but excellent customer service to fix problems. Best customer service I have seen in 15 years trading at many firms.
Commissions are not the cheapest but not expensive. I would call them just right.
My experiences mirror Ron's except I haven't had any issues with trades being rejected. GREAT customer service. I have no issues recommending them as futures & options broker. They do not do equities.
Carley ( @decarleytrading ) is great. I have had an account there for 2-3 months. Service is excellent when there are issues (there have been a few minor order issues with Gain and the Zaner 360 platform). Carley seems to answer e-mails day and night.
They also can provide a lot of analysis, etc. I don't use them for that, though. It may be valuable stuff I am missing.
Of course, for the extra service, you pay a bit more in commissions, compared to someone like OptionsExpress. But, since DeCarley uses SPAN minimum (and OptionsExpress requires more for some instruments), I can have a contract or two more with DeCarley, and this more than makes up for the commission difference.
Just recently joined DeCarley and I have to say that service is indeed excellent. As an example I emailed her a question about S&P options and got reply within 5 minutes. If you are looking at option futures selling broker and would not mind some help along the way, I would strongly recommend giving her a call.
