Has anyone had any luck changing their password with RCG? If so, did you contact Mirus or RCG to do it?

Yep, Mirus customer support was able to change my password I used to login in NT. RCG's passport/archive reports site already had a different password though, so not sure about those. I think if you emailed RCG they could take care of those

Why not just switch to clearing through Dorman instead?

Oh boy, I just opened a new account directly with Dorman. They are a private LLC and hope they are on top of this kind of security britches.
