It's part of vbseo and is outdated and should be removed, unfortunately I can't remove it (have tried). I need to update to the new version of vbseo, but it is a gigantic undertaking because of some of the changes they made.
My first priority is to get the two new servers online, which I will be shipping to the datacenter in the next couple of days. Then second priority is converting all the webinars to HTML5. Then maybe I'll start looking at other big projects, like vbseo updates.
