That was a bit more of a positive reaction than expected. I think there is a lot of old money driving the market that still remembers the old days when the fed would straight tighten and not care about the markets.
Nowadays the fed is very careful to protect everyones retirement accounts and the system. The crash of 2008 taught the current members of the fed a lesson they won't forget too soon.
