Played around with the options a bit and it can go down to just 1 line on the right side. The line at a larger scale becomes hardly visible but in a small chart there is a bright red line where the numbers are.

I tried this and am able to widdle the right side down to one line but it doesn't remove the space it uses. I'm trying to get rid of that space there so the profile sits against the right side. This would give more room to see price bars instead of being cramped.
