Tony Robbins as well as other professional motivational speakers/coaches does one important thing: makes one believe in results his/her own hard work. It's not a substitute for the hard work itself, but without confidence hard work is futile, because negatively set person may see failure where there is a sign of success and give up when it's time to push harder.

I saw a hypnotherapist a while back and it seemed to help. Don't sell yourself short (pun intended for this crowd), and I've become humble to the fact that if I need help, to ask, and that I should always be looking for an edge, wherever I might find it.
