Whatever script they are using apparently thinks it's an invalid email domain. @Neo1 maybe you have a contact there and can ask them to reach out to me.
No, a trader services subscription still has the ability to connect to "3rd party real-time data providers" e.g. eSignal, Interactive Brokers, GFT, IQFeed.
The Trader Services subscription only provides access to the RRG Lite which is for end of day data only. The RRG Professional can be used with intraday data and comes standard with a Professional services subscription or can be added to a Trader Services subscription for $20.00 per month*
*I'm not sure if this is still an option.
Basically you have a traders subscription for $49 per month, or a Professional subscription( which has some additional features eg real time RRG) for $99 per month. When you purchase the software you get 12 months free of either trader or professionals services. After that 12 months is up then you would start being billed each month for either subscription you signed up to- Or you could cancel and use only EOD.
"Free markets work because they allow people to be lucky, thanks to aggressive trial and error, not by giving rewards or incentives for skill. The strategy is, then, to tinker as much as possible and try to collect as many Black Swan opportunities as you can"
Just crashed on me when trying to select a new chart. It has a built-in bug reporting tool where you can provide feedback with the debug logs, which is great, but it has some flaws:
1) Wanted to send a screenshot of my entire desktop, which is multiple monitors not related to this app. Would be better to only send screenshot of the app itself, shouldn't be hard at all.
2) Couldn't submit the feedback because it wanted an Outlook profile on my machine, which doesn't exist because even though I use Office, I don't use Outlook. I use my own web based mail on my own servers (roundcube). They should be sending this directly over an encapsulated HTTP request inside the app instead of depending on external means to send.
