Today was a much better trading day for me. Although I did have a function to attend at my kids school for Memorial Day, I was able to take a couple of entries today and I was in a much better frame of mind. Overall a good day.

It's funny how hard it is to keep something as simple as a trading journal updated daily when life gets involved. I do log my trades daily, review them and save them locally to my desktop. Just an observation

Friday was a great trading day, 82 ticks of profit on the S&P 500 e mini. I had a great read on it today and took only a handful of trades out of the many setups I later observed.
