Version 1.0.4 of the indicator has just been released. This version allows you to specify a time zone offset so that news announcement times are shown in your local time zone.

Thanks a million to @sagor for adding the code to the indicator and sending the updated version to me. I have been quite busy the last two weeks and did not get out to doing it.

This is what makes NexusFi so awesome. Members working together to make things better.

Attached to this post is also the latest documentation showing how to add a time offset.

I just released version 1.0.5 of the indicator. This release fixes a bug where the time zone offset was not assigned to the actual even time.

Thanks @DanW for bringing it to my attention. The event time will now show correctly in your chosen time zone offset.

Great work!

One nice feature would be to show tomorrow's events (if current time is past all current news events, and not just wait until tomorrow to actually show them)... or an option to always show today and tomorrow's events... or a list of the entire week's events.

I just noticed that the URL where the indicator downloads its news from is not available anymore This means that the indicator cannot get the news to display.

I will keep an eye on it and let everyone know if it comes back, hopefully they are just busy with some server maintenance.

If anyone has an ability to contact ForexFactory, let them know that the file link below is last weeks news events instead of this weeks news events.

The XML file has now been updated but the Economic News indicator for NT8 remains blank.
