the new combines are all continuous. There is no obligation to make the profit target within any specific number of days.
That being said, once you go on the funded account, life-support will be cut after ten days and you got to work with what you accumulated in that period.
At least that's how I am currently informed, please correct where wrong or unclear
In my opinion, the analysis is slightly different.
You need to achieve $9000 in minimum 10 days (just to avoid you do a lucky shot 15 contract CL and hit a home run.
You can achieve the $9000 target in any number of days, 10 or more.
I agree with you, 9000$ in 10 days you need to take big risk and stay out of trouble with the daily 3K and 4.5K max draw-down. But most likely you go steady a bit slower to achieve that 9K
I've noticed many people keep saying you only have 10 days to reach $9000 for the 150k account to be funded.
The website says you have to trade a minimum of 10 days to be qualified.
So it can take as long as you want to reach the $9000 as long as you are willing to pay the $375 per month?
This is correct. So you have about 22 trading days (if you choose to use them all) before the fee goes through again. Slightly fewer over the holidays, I suppose.
(What's less clear - to me, anyway - is the perception that the $150k Combine confers such advantages over say the $50k one as to make it worth paying $375 rather than $165. I can see that for someone who needs, because of their methods, to start trading a funded account with 3 contracts rather than with 2, according to TST's funded account scaling plans, might find it more suitable ... but for the overwhelming majority of participants, it's hard to see so much advantage? Present company excepted, of course.)
Apologies for all the "general chat" in your thread, Almostakbal, and best wishes for the Combine!
Thank You,
