Some that I've read recently to become a better trader (indirectly)
Peak - Anders Ericsson
Make it Stick - Peter C. Brown
Practice Perfect - Doug Lemov
Mindset - Carol Dweck
Atomic Habits - James Clear
Grit - Angela Duckworth
Ultralearning - Scott Young
Ayn Rand's books really changed my perspective on the world and on people. I read Atlas Shrugged at a pretty low point in my life and it helped me tremendously.
I came across her after reading a lot of books from a psychologist named Nathaniel Branden. His books are all about taking responsibility and developing self esteem and awareness.
Thinking Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahnemann is also a very good one. It's not about self development, but more about understanding how your thinking works and how it is oftentimes tricking you.
I have also read the Power of Now, but to be honest, I couldn't get much out of it. Probably I'm not at the point yet to understand its true meaning.
I think no copyright materials such as but not limited to PDF can be uploaded here. Moderators will have to confirm this.
"Opportunity comes often. It knocks as often as you have a trained ear to hear it, an eye trained to see it, a hand trained to grasp it, and a head trained to use it." -Anonymous
The Unchained Man by Caleb Jones -- a coherent life philosophy and practical program that's an antidote to our era, has had a massive impact on my life, particularly in how I think about relationships between the sexes.
10 Minute Toughness by Jason Selk -- another coherent program, for sports (or trading) performance involving visualization. I am using this for improving my mental game in ju jitsu as well as trading.
Market Mind Games: A Radical Psychology of Investing, Trading and Risk by Denise Shull -- taking neuroeconomics to the next level; my favorite trading psych book thus far. Basically she goes deeper into addressing FOMO.
"Persistence is very important. You should not give up unless you are forced to give up." -- Elon Musk
I recently read the book "positive thinking" by Napoleon Hill, this is also a very good book to keep focused on the right things and to avoid falling into negativity.
Another great author is Anthony Robbins, personally I don't like him as a character but I must say that the books are quite useful. The most famous book is "the giant within", which is quite a classic in NLP.
