yes -same contract

No point mentioning current platform as it has ALWAYS happened since 2007 with every platform and numerous internet connections and several PC' set ups..

I'm getting a bit frustrated guys.

Does noone else have this issue?

I've problem solved the life out of this.

I was only looking for an answer

What charting package does not lag fast markets.

thanks

Peter

This points even more to the internet connection rather than the platform.

Have you ever run some latency tests on your internet line?

So, if separate software, on the same PC and same internet connection, shows a discrepancy in price, then it is an internet latency issue?

I would have that that this points to an issue with the charting package taking too long to process data and populate chart.

Whereas, the trading package only has the DOM to populate.

Thanks

Peter

PS DOM has correct price

I think your blame is on software and not on the real issue.
"On the SAME PC"

Also, you say the DOM is correct...
But how do you know?
What if the DOM is also off due to lag?

Several examples have been given to show other traders are not having the issue. By refusing to be fully transparent, it is difficult to assist you to solve the problem.
