For those wondering, I found out that Optimus allows new accounts from US, European countries, Australia and Asia. For Canada, it's pretty much everything except Ontario and BC.
The portal has a real time component in it.
I saw trades show up there in seconds to a few minutes depending on the platform.

Visions portal is not updated in real time. It could be several hours before it is updated. For me that was not a huge issue. Customer service and competitive rates were more important. If you are using Ninja or Muticharts, you should be able to get that info. right on the platform.
The Portal is an important component as it serves as an additional confirmation of trades.
As brokers we have components that allow us real time view:
1) R-Trader for Rithmic used by any platform (Ninja, Multicharts)
2) Use of the Pre-lim on the Portal
What I have shown above and claimed is done with a broker log-in.
There are components on the Portal that do take hours such as the equity-run.
The pre-lim should be close to almost immediate upon clearing of the trade.
Always trying to improve things and will check further.

Just wanted to add my comments on Rithmic and Optimus trading. So far I have had great experience with the rithmic connection and no issues of connection failures. Also my broker Matt from Optimus has bent over backwards getting me set up and moving my license over from Zen Fire to Rithmic. Been a great experience so far and a lot different hospitality then my previous two brokers.
We are automated ES system developers and Optimus recently began running one of our systems. We were referred to them through a mutual client. We had no experience with Rithmic having always used Zenfire or Trading Technologies feeds with other brokers who run our systems. Their NT connection via Rithmic has proven to have outstanding execution speed resulting in very little, if any, slippage. We utilize a proprietary interface between TradeStation and NT which can be confusing to some brokers, but they had no issues with it and grasped the technology immediately. Our results with Optimus have been superior to other feeds due to accuracy of execution. They have an outstanding level of communication, confirming trade entries and exits in real time and instantly solving any technical issues. My understanding from clients is their customer service is exceptional, sometimes an issue in the world of futures. They pay a lot of attention to the little details which is important. All in all, we couldn't be happier with our relationship with Optimus and several of our clients have moved accounts there. There are futures brokers who have many issues, so when one is getting it right, we think it's important to voice that opinion.

I just opened an account with Optimus. Matt and Jennifer were excellent in helping the switch go smoothly. My phone calls have been answered within 2 rings every time. So far I am very pleased.
I am set up with Sierra Charts and R-Trader, but since I also have a lifetime license with NT I can use that platform as well. The best feature of R-Trader is that it puts OCO orders at the market. The combo of Sierra Charts and R-Trader is very good.
