Easy Language for Tradestation: Beginners Guide?

Should be able to do this with a variable for tracking trades today or trades this month. Something like

Tradestoday(0),
Mydate(date)

If date <> mydate then begin //clear trade counter
Mydate = date;
Tradestoday = 0;
End;

If tradecondition = true the begin
Enter trade code
Tradestoday = tradestoday +1; //add to counter
End;

If you want to limit trades in a day just add that in the if statement before entering a trade.
