How are you doing with median lines? I went ahead and became a premium member on Market Geometry. There are hundreds of hours of archived video training and discussion sessions available to premium members. One especially useful series is a 7 session presentation of basic Andrews material. Just yesterday I was going through one about pivot counts and the whole action/reaction line concept came through to me. Just going through this session alone would be worth the cost of a month's membership.
Having come across Market Geometry has sure been helpful for me. They do 3 - about 1 1/2 hours each - live sessions each week. They are planning to start sessions on intense focus topics every other Saturday - starting in October.
How are you guys finding the Ninja tools for working with median lines? I think the guys on Market Geometry use Ensign or Esignal. One tool they use a lot that I haven't found in Ninja is an expanding parallel line tool to work with action reaction lines. It would be slick to have that tool.
I think this is a very good presentation. This link will only work today and part of tomorrow, so if you want to view it, don't put it off.
Here is the description from their website -
Tim's session was a real eye opener for many. It was the nuts and bolts of how to think about trading, the statistics that you need to be keeping track of and how they matter to your performance. Tim gives us an example of one of his mentoring students that increased his trading performance with a few minor adjustments… like trading less and using Median Line set ups closer to market structure.
I watched the first 30 mins and realized it is downloadable.
He spends alot of time going over risk reward scenarios so far in this video. It's something I had already discovered but it's a point that can't be stressed enough. Definitely worth watching.
Are you still using Median Lines? Are you still a premium member at Market Geometry? Did you feel you got your money's worth being a premium member? Did they teach you how to identify trade locations?
I'm considering signing up, however, I don't want to waste my time if it's not valuable.
The right click on the "download this video to RealPlayer" does not do anything, which RealPlayer SP Premiums version. It shows the file, but does not download. Can you kindly advice.
