Anyone knows a free demo account for futures ?

The only one ive seen give a free feed no questions asked is tos.. have had it for over a year and data on charts (not quotes) is real time.. Going to try lionsfutures tonight.. would love to be able to plug into ninja.. about amp which one is unlimited free? zen fire? i thought that expired.. or is it the xtrader one..
