pfg and amp

Hi Metaltrade...was wondering what you think of Amp self clearing now...do you feel your money is as safe as it is with Dorman...more...less?

I'm not sure what to do as far as switching to mirus etc...or sticking with Amp and their clearing.

Any thoughts would be appreciated

For the moment, my money is safe when I don't trade.

Is your money safe when it's with a bank. No it's not. Major banks only have limited coverage of your account. For me trading with $5000 and $25.000 I don't worry about it. If I would trade with $100.000 or more I would consider a segregated account ?
