Zenfire disconnected on me only once since April. And my broker sent out an e-mail explaining why...something about internet traffic problems on the east coast, not really related to Zenfire. It shouldn't be disconnecting on you...

Zenfire disconnects often for me as well. It usually connects again after a few seconds. Or maybe a few minutes. However, most of these instances were not during trading hours (I was backtesting things on weekend and after market hours)

Just a week or so ago, they had another big outage during the trading day (the second big one in the short time I've been using it). I'm a little disappointed and I'm getting pretty concerned with the reliability.

It has been my observations that Zenfire's problems started when they move to their new location a month or two ago.

The interruptions on the weekend are resulting from them working to get the kinks out of the new configuration.

They will resolve this situation. Its that, or go out of business.
