Ah, thanks ! what reg happened in 2018 ? I'll still try to confirm with a call I was keen on their platform for Options Trading (i heard good feedback on fills/executions) currently using TW Aware of IBK too, haven't gone down that route (yet)

there was a big shake up on products offered to retail investors by the ESMA (European Security Markets Authority). Like ban on binary options, limits on leverage (max 30:1), registration to FCA and other local authorities.
I don't happen to know the specific issues that led TDA to stop their offer in the EU/UK
