We all are, forums would grind to a halt if people couldn't have an opinion
Sure there is a conflict of interest with non ECN forex brokers, that has already been said, but I was querying how there is a conflict of interests with a futures broker? You said "All brokers are adversaries I should've said. I have accounts with both." which I took to mean that you have both forex and futures brokerage accounts.
I had assumed you were talking about futures brokerage commissions, however, you replied that "No where did I say their spread/commissions made them adversaries".
But all the brokerage does is facilitate trade for an agreed cost, so I am curious what else a futures brokerage does that makes you see them as an adversary?
You do not win as a trader, you just get to play again the next day. If that game doesn’t appeal to you then you should not trade. Gary Norden
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
I totally agree with you the forex brokers can definitely be the adversary.
Like , I don't understand how futures brokers are the adversary - they do not set the prices, they do not take the other sides of trades. Is that what you are saying?
Maybe you can explain how futures brokerages are the adversary?
I might be missing something here, and since you were licensed in commodities, your insights might set me straight.
I wasn't asking you to change my opinion, but as Kevin wrote above, you said you used to be licensed in both commodities and securities so I was asking you as you have experience to expand on what you meant as I was still unclear.
Having said that though. Re-reading your posts again I can see that I am just being accused of being negative and challenging you, which you dislike from other forums, for questioning and trying to discuss rather than passively accepting what you say.
You're not interested in changing someone's opinion, I'm not interested in wasting my time on silly straw man arguments. Count me out.

Including your own, it would seem. If you go on forums just to express your opinion without offering evidence for your claims or the expectation of hearing the opinions of others, I can see why they cause you such angst.

There's a lot of cesspits on the internet, especially trading related ones. Thankfully futures.io isn't like that!
I agree with I don't view my FCM as an adversary. In fact I can name several situations where my FCM has gone out of their way to actually help me. Why? Because it's in their best interests for me to do as well as possible. The more successful I am, the more I trade, the more they make.

You should look up how the futures infrastructure works and why forex CFDs are banned in the US.
Futures brokers make money out of the commissions you pay at each trade, the more you trade the more they make money whether you lose of win it's the same to them, but they prefer that you win because you'll keep making trades. CFD forex brokers make money from spreads + commissions, however the difference with futures brokers is that CFD brokers generally don't pass your orders into the market, they often take the opposing side of your trade, now that's a direct conflict of interest because if you make money, you're taking it out of their pockets.
