Ok that feature worked the entire time, however the "Mark Forums Read" feature is still available as one can see in the attached image:

OK, I missed that one. Reload the page and let me know if it is fixed now.

Also, you can upload images to each individual post without them being in your album.

How to Attach/upload pictures/images to your post Please use the embedded picture manager in the forum as opposed to using sites like tinypic.com. It will be faster and seamless. Click here: Screenshots Mike
