perhaps we should take a poll here to determine how many members are using gomi's work in day-to-day trading so that we can show to NT a number of people they will loose if they continue to do nothing about this issue ....... I am getting tired of NT and their amateurism .......
I do not use gomi's work yet but i must say i am with you guys or gals. This problem must be addressed in a professional way by Ninja. The integrity of datas is of the utmost importance.
There's a response, they said that they will check it out using live data this week and report back with their findings. Ill try to keep you guys updated, and thanks for the responses and being active.
I just hope they do it before they're final release set out a week from now..
I wouldn't count on it, that is a pretty major change this late in the game.
Step 1 - convince them there is a problem. "By design" needs to be restated as "design problem". Until you convince them of this, no need going beyond step 1
I think you guys have the right idea of collectively approaching them, calmly and politely, about why this is important and why it is a design flaw and must be changed.
Michael - if I download replay data from Ninja and compare it to my Market Delta FP charts should the data be the same? Are you saying it is only live data that N7 has problems recording
It is not just Ninja that presentsthese issues. At least the data it would appear is getting into Ninja (is this correct?) I used to be in Bill Duryea's room and he had Esignal and so did I, yes I am based in London but I when I compared the data printing on his FP charts compared to the ones on mine there were often huge discrepancies. My signal feed was missing huge chunks of data on a consistent basis.. When the market was slow it was okay but as soon as the market picked up signal used to aggregate their data. I tried to explain this to signal but their helpdesk where clueless so I moved to DTNIQ and I never had a problem since.
