thanks for the additional info on InteractiveBrokers. The servers in Switzerland make me that more confident on the choice.

I went through all the brokers supported by Multicharts and none of them (apart of course from IB) offer the Italian market. I am going to go with them. Over time, I'll post my (hopefully positive) experience with IB.

I decided for eSignal as my datafeed, since they offer a wide variety of markets as well.

If I would trade the Italian market I would sure go with IB. Zug is pritty close to Italy.

If you are thinking about scalping with IB, please check out buttontrader, it will take you a month or so to get used to (AT LEAST) but you will thank me forever in your wildest trading dreams.

Unfortunately I don't have any automated System yet.

I am in the process of switching account to PFG to trade the Eurex futures. I will let you know my experience with their datafeed / fills etc.

I've been using IB with automated / non automated systems for years and apart from minor details,I haven't had any problem. Also data feed is good for discretionary trading, if you consider that comes in 200ms snapshots
