Don't worry, in a few months you'll have ample padding down there and the chair you are using will have completed the process of permanently conforming to every contour thus providing a womb-like cradle for your well endowed hiney.
I can relate to what your going through. I've tried 6 different chairs (including a $2500 leather one) and believe it or not settled on a $89.00 foamy plastic piece of crap from office max with an additional seat cushion, best investment in seating I have made, can sit in this thing all day and feel great. Anyway my advice would be to go around and sit in as many chairs as you can untill you find what really feels comfortable.
Spending loooong screen time hours helps me stay in rythem with the instruments i trade. For the most part (except when i am sleeping) i stay attentive to the markets and instrumets i trade 24/7. While trading i have a rotational routine that i do that works for me, i stretch at leat every hour, do a few yoga and pilates moves, go to my stationary bike and cycle for around 5 to 10 minutes every hour (brings down the chi and relaxes the shoulder) and not to forget BREATH. I have developed the awareness to routinely do this to prevent stres,s migraines and to achieve longevity.

The kneeling chair would most likely help with better posture as I am currently slouching often, but I am worried it will cause a lot of pressure on the front thighs -have you used it before?
I have started to stand at my desk occasionally, but I should definitively remind myself to do it more often.
Yes I have and like them a lot. Yes, they are great for your posture, and yes, they do put pressure on knees/thighs after an extended period of time. The idea is to swap it out with your regular chair every couple hours. You should head to your local office supply to try one out before buying because they aren't for everyone.
Yeah long hours in the saddle are probably the number one ingredient to working towards profitability, watch and learn. I use to dream about candle sticks are graphs when I would sleep as I would spend from waking to sleeping hours in the saddle watching and tading the markets.
