New guy!
Excellent thread! Kudos to all who have contributed throughout. (it took me a few days to read!)
Jeff, I would say that your first post was the best. Keep it simple. Indicators should be used as visual aids to the underlying price action .
Once again, excellent thread and I hope to contribute going forward.

Just one 6B scalp this morning....+13 ticks.
10 range , 50ema, 14 hma, color bars (candles). Mostly "All You Need" stuff from post #1.
Obviously, the breakout would have been caught on any chart.
Still playing with the settings.

Hi Jeff,
What profit target and stop are you finding works best on CL 20R and 30R for a BO. I know you only trade 1 contact and I saw your targets for the ORB , but am enquiring about the swing hi/lo BOs.
Thx

Right now I am experimenting with a 15 tick target.

Thx Jeff,
I have been using that as well - with an 11 point stop.
What stop are you using? I don't like round numbers for stops, hence 11 and not 10.

For those who have been following the
ORB and push into the close trade for CL.....
Cunparis has developed a strategy for the Ninja strategy analyzer and this is what the month of November looked like.
Not too schabby.
The settings used......25 tick target, 30 tick stop and 15 tick to b/e
I think 11min average time in the market trading CL would give me a heart attack in 2 months or less......

I'm always trying to think of ways to enhance my chart......here's the latest. Nothing new really....just the combination of indicators in panel 2. I've got the 34 ema, the tema 3, and the sharkfin 2 all on that panel.
