The individual who only does enough work to get by seldom gets much more than “by.”
There is a cause-and-effect relationship between your actions and the rewards that accrue to you. When you put more of yourself into your career, your personal relationships, your religious faith, and any other aspect of your life, you get more out of it. If your ambitions are greater than simply “getting by” in life, you will never be truly happy with your company, your job, or yourself unless you do your best every day. Your harshest critic and your toughest competitor should be you.
Your mental attitude determines what sort of friends you attract.
If you want to be a positive, successful person, be sure you choose your friends carefully.
Positive friends and role models will have a positive effect upon you, while negative friends will soon kill your initiative.
Do not allow yourself to be lulled into complacency by the masses who believe mediocrity is an acceptable alternative.
Focus on the possibilities for success, not the potential for failure.
When you doubt yourself, talk the situation over with a positive, supportive friend. Everyone needs a boost now and again; make sure your friends are positive, success-oriented people who always build you up, not negative thinkers who always seem to find a way to tear you down.
Your job will do no more for you than you do for it.
Any job contains opportunities for personal growth if you approach it as a positive learning experience. Just as every business is required to adapt to new technologies, new competitors, and countless other changes that routinely occur, so is every individual. If you are not learning and advancing in your job, you are stagnating and falling behind. It is impossible to stand still. View each day as an opportunity to learn something new, to improve yourself, and then do one thing better than you have ever done it before. In a dynamic organization, it is impossible to master every task; just when you think you have everything figured out, things change. Accept such changes as a necessary aspect of business, one that makes life interesting and exciting. You will find your job much more enjoyable when you do, and you will indeed find that it does more for you than you do for it.

You come finally to believe anything you tell yourself often enough — even if it is not true.
If you repeat something over and over to yourself, your subconscious mind will eventually begin to accept it as fact. When something has been accepted as truth by your subconscious mind, it will work overtime to transform the idea into physical reality. You can take advantage of this by programming your mind to think positive thoughts. Use self-motivators or affirmations to persuade your subconscious that you are capable of doing anything you wish. Repeat the self-motivator several times a day until it becomes an automatic reaction to recall a positive phrase whenever you begin to doubt yourself. Replace “I can’t” with “I will!”
In summary his message is that if you vividly imagine something falling asleep while doing it the imagined act will harden into fact (reality). - the video about the sister imagining her brother being released from hard labor in the military and coming home is an example

2. What would you do say/do? I'd run down stairs and throw my arms around him and kiss him
3. How would your feel? wonderful
Live is as fact in your mind assume it as real, do not worry about the how or lift a finger to make it so.

In another video a man has lost his lease on his store as it will be demolished for a new IBM building and he is paying too high a rent. His wife asks him what he wants - he starts to answer with how it can't happen, and the problems and she cuts him off "Don't tell me what you don't want tell me what you do want."
She gets him all the list of things - even if many seemed impossible.

You want to be a successful in the world of Ceasar?, a successful doctor, lawyer, trader? Nothing wrong with that.
Then formulate in your minds eye what it would be like, if it were true.
How would you see the world if you were now the man (the trader) you would like to be?
See it in your your minds eye. Yield yourself completely to the deep of your being that vision
Fall asleep in that state completely abandoned to that assumption that it is fact.
I will wake tomorrow under compulsions
I will do this I will do that
It will externalize itself to that assumption, that fact I fell asleep to.

Do you know what you want? for yourself or for another?
Create a scene that would imply the fulfillment of your dream.
Enter into the scene just as though it were true.
Feel what it would feel like if it were true.

Give thanks to the one who would execute it. (which is your inner self who you are not aware of as yet.)
Fall asleep in the CONVICTION that things ARE as you desire them to be in CONFIDENCE that He (your inner self) will execute it .
