good journal and I am checking out what stop should I do for FDAX and 20 points is smart idea if you want to stay in the game longer to see if target hits. for me, any idea, i test for 4-6 months to get an average
I used to do FESX now which doesn't scare me as much as FDAX
A small outlook to the coming weeks of July and August:
The first half year is through - a pause is in the stars.
Many traders are absent during summer months - so
volume will be lower than normal. (Greece turbulences
are going to sleep too).
My entries for a trade will only take place when the IB
volume is >5000 contracts. Meant for the first 30 mins.
So this is NOT a new rule (@CPRICE76) but one that
helps to survive in shallow waters of the summer months.
Watch for very low volumes and stay at the sidelines.
From mid August things might normalize...
