When I purchased this software recently it took a good bit of persistence but I did finally hear back from them and did receive my license. I will say it wasn't until after I submitted a ticket via PayPal but they did take care of it.
Hang in there because as you've seen, the software is excellent.
Best of luck!
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
The funny thing is this wasn't always the case. I took the trial last March and knew after a couple of days this was something I wanted to work with. I remember asking as few questions on data feeds that was promptly answered and then suggesting he look into doing a webinar on futures.io. (Big Mikes at the time) about a month later. He was aware of the forum and was receptive to the idea but never heard anything after that. Like everyone else I guess I can only hope all the issues get straitened out soon as it would be a shame to see this one slip through the cracks.
This is to follow up to my original post , I have received a notice from Pay Pal that Auction Dashboard has refunded my purchase (PayPal states it may take 30 days to appear in my account ) . I would still very much like to have the product and will definitely purchase if Steven becomes available again .
I wrote Steven again a few days ago and suggested he might want to explore the possibility of changing his business model to subscription basis but that whatever he chose to do his customers at least deserved an explanation. As of yet I have received no reply. I have heard that AD has been heavily pirated and that could be part of the problem but it's only a guess. As it stands we should still be able to use AD in it's present form for some time to come even though it is a pain running NT7 and '8 concurrently. C'est la vie.
We have been very quiet for quite some time now; and people have wondered what is going on here and what is to come.
We have been preparing a lot of new and powerful code. Development has been ongoing and in fact has been consuming all of our time.
At this point, what will come is not exactly clear. There are very many new features and abilities here. Some things may be a little different, and there will certainly be many new things.
In any case, something new is coming. All we can say is hang on just a little longer. Something new, unique, and powerful will be here!
Good news, but tbh right now i would be happy if he just outsourced the customer support. Not been able to use this great product for the last 7-8 months cause of the licence issue. That being said i have really high hopes for the new features, he sure knows hes stuff when it comes to programming. The guy has by far both the best footprint chart and DOM on the retailers market....no other DOM is even close.
My experience was having my purchase refunded by PayPal after 14 days and no response from the vendor . I would suggest using the contact form on the AD site to ask this question . I tried email and phone calls with no success .
I don't think the experience is consistent just yet. I think they're working hard on putting something amazing together and because it's a small group (maybe just Steve), the service is suffering.
I too would suggest you try to make contact with AD to help you decide. I purchased my license on March 5 and received my license on March 13 but clearly that isn't the experience of others.
Like everyone else, I find it frustrating but we can see the quality of the product and I think it'll be worth the wait.
