Greetings from a former Toronto resident and am now in Cambridge, Kitchener! Regarding the MM indicator, sometimes it's very naughty and hid from us when price was extremely overbought or oversold, ie way above or below. At least that's my observation. When it first happened to me, I thought I did not have the indicator. Then I scrolled back to previous days until I saw the MM levels again. In short, the MM lines will appear on the Range chart again when price trades back to a normal zone. Not sure how it defines that though.
You may get other more sophisticated answers from the advanced members.
