Well, the reason I answered is because I am the author. My apologies for answering the wrong question. I misread your question. No extra filters. Just Perry's rules.
Yes there is but it isn't up to the same version as the indicator. Also, it isn't feasible to have a strategy because you have to read price action to select the entries.
unfortunately i can't. I scrolled back through this thread looking for it but didn't see it. Don't remember the name of it but tried to do a search as well and didn't find anything. Bottom line is it had lots of problems and don't understand why anyone would want it anyway. I quit working on it because this method of trading doesn't lend itself to being a strategy.
no problem Mike. I ran start wizard just to test some MA stuff and saw what i wanted to see. Thks for taking time to search for it and really appreciate that.
is this DM setup1 Long signal 14.23 correct?
1st bar went above 20EMA at 14.20pm,
is the 5 bars count for setup bar complete only by 14.23's bar per Perry's rule?
on the setup - i got the adx setup to 25-30 and it filters trades signals well on the automation - also it would be logical to include a trade where the entery is only takes on the first or second signal if its close to the actual 5 and 20 ema cross - and when you do place the order try to get in at the close or at the top/bottom of the bar body not actual high/low of the bar - seems to work
