The Strategy/Bot in a basic oversimplified version of long entries above Ma short below ma that takes the trades automatically. Its like a ford pinto. Everyone has their own filters that have to be added to the code via strategy builder. We are trying to make it a Ferrari. Can you let it run and presto every trades is a winner No. She needs to be fine tuned.
I notice that this thread began as a vendor review thread, and then it quickly has become something similar to a trading journal or a system development type thread, and it appears to have diverged far from the original vendor or any information about them.
There is nothing wrong with taking something and running with it, or leaving it behind completely, and certainly nothing wrong with anyone working on their own method, alone or with others.
But I think that this thread has now become very confusing to anyone who comes to it looking for a review of the original vendor.
It would be better for you and everyone else who is now posting new trading ideas and charts in this thread to move to a new thread that is clearly meant for that purpose, and that does not have the potential to confuse people about what is being discussed, as the current thread does.
If you disagree, please explain how the current posts, which are all about trades being taken and new chart setups, relate to reviewing a vendor.
If you agree, then I ask everyone now participating in these posts to move the discussions on to a new thread, not in the vendor review section, and then by all means carry on -- just not in this thread.
My only concern is to keep the forum reasonably organized so that members who have an interest in a particular topic can easily find it. Continuing on in this fashion in this thread makes the organization and the topics less clear, which is not what we want to create.
If you disagree, I am open to discussion. Otherwise, please create a new thread with a new purpose and post a link here in this one so anyone following it will know where to go.
Thanks.
Bob.

Thanks Bob for your advice. You are absolutely correct it did start as a vendor review and morphed into strategy development. The development we are doing is showing the vendors methods and enhancement we have made to it. Probably confusing if the thread was not followed from the beginning. But we do not have any issue with moving to the proper thread. Several people in this thread have discussed moving but we never did. What category would you advise? Thx
