To me the time dilation is the freaky part. Can't get my mind around that. Of course when your traveling at just under the speed of light, wouldn't even the smallest particle rip through the ship?

So this administration (like most) has promised a lot of things, but delivered few of them, even so I was interested (excited?) to hear this announcement over the last few days...

NASA already get $20B/year, have to think that will go up if they're now going to the moon. I'm sure our financially conservative government wouldn't just increase that without paying for it, so increased taxs, offset military spending or maybe just slash Medicaid and Medicare?
