I see you've joined the journal competition, and it's also because of this that I'd like to encourage you to share more about your strategy and entries.
I've followed your thread from the start but there is nothing concrete about your method, only a reference to 4 time frames. You reference context, but I've never heard you explain the rationale behind an entry.
Without these features, your journal is just a log, with no value to the community.
