If this EVER happens again do contact me directly and I will make sure that you don't have any disruption of service. Thanks for the offer, much appreciated. I've already set up IB data as a replacement and I'm not very convinced this payment/login issue is fixed within 24 hours, so I rather keep it as I have for now.
Hi Jura, I sent you a private message this morning with a temp IQFeed Log In and PW so you can continue to use the feed while we figure out the payment issue. Can you send me your userid# through private message so I can look into this matter further with billing.

As an update, James got me access again to the IQFeed data feed with half an hour. That's very impressive, and he's been very helpful and informative.
Also thanks for Mike for having these kind of AMA topics: otherwise I'd still have miscommunication with general IQFeed support.
Moral of the story: The communication trouble I had with the general IQFeed support is probably due to the fact that three different people answered my emails and that seemingly each did not knew what the others knew. futures.io (formerly BMT) users with IQFeed problems can much better contact James directly.

We recently had our credit card canceled when VISA noticed a few fraudulent purchases. They immediately FedEx'd a new card to us "next day" after which I had to go through updating any auto-payment accounts that were pulling from the old card (including IQFeed). This did unfortunately happen on literally the day that IQFeed typically bills my account but I simply updated my CC info online and sent them an Email asking to retry were there any issues (and I did receive an Email from them stating as such anyway). They were able to retry without issue using the new card so I never had any loss of data.
Kudos to DTN/IQFeed - still very glad I chose them as my data provider (though sorry to hear Jura had issues....)
Support is lagging a bit... Sent an email 3 days ago and no reply yet...
Not an urgent issue but usually emails were always answered in the same day...
Anyway, can you tell me which days does IQFeed rollover the Corn, Soybean and Wheat continuous contracts? CME says the prior business day of 15th day of the contract month but does IQFeed follow the same rule with the equities rollover, 1 week prior the contract expiration?
