So here is what I came up with as a readme. It's mostly copy/paste from @Superdoug3 as he put a lot of time into that and did a brilliant job.
I think it's a good start for a readme and we can expand it as we go along...
As I interpret the screnshot only ES is the problem....TF and 6E seem to be fine....
Could you perhaps post a screenshot of your instrument list and the conditional formatting rules?
For th latter do the following:
1. unprotect
2. select one of the ES entry price cells
3. go to conditional formatting
4. select manage rules
5. make screenshot
you can also see that i pointed out, if you have 6E where all the decimal places are there, the others should do that as well. so if a price entered is 720.90, it shouldnt be 720.9, or 1254.50 shouldnt be 1254.5 etc..
dont believe anything you hear and only half of what you see
Thanks.
For some reason you still hve the old formatting rules. Coul you double check that you are using the current version and used the proper migration guide?
well if i enter the trade manually, starting fresh with no copy/pasting, it works fine. but if im copying over my old trades it doesnt work.. if i do the copy the whole journal method, or if i do it column by column..
