There are four elements to become great at anything:Acquiring domain knowledge
Motivation or sustained energy
Critical feedback
Purposeful practice (what we call simulation)
Most training is heavy on domain knowledge and lacks daily mentoring and the structure and tools to purposely practice. This is insufficient.
