I am new to this forum, and I am still getting used to all of the rules. If I break one, please correct me, but I will try to be as careful as I can. I am on futures.io (formerly BMT) to help answer any questions you may have about MultiCharts. If you have questions, please send me a private message.
MultiCharts - Raising the Trading Standard.
Please send me a private message if you have any further questions about MultiCharts
Hi Multicharts
What are your plans for MC 6 going forward in terms of new functionality. I am missing:
* Charttrader
* The DOM equal to what ninja has
* ATM ( advance trade management) Equal to ninja functionality
I would like to know if you will support trading with dbFX. Since it uses the same platform/api as FXCM, I think dbFX is already built-in. Do you have any plans to enable trading with dbFX?
Hey guys, I welcome MultiCharts being here, just like any vendor. However, they must still abide by our vendor guidelines. This is why I have asked them to encourage users to send a Private Message if there are questions about their product, this way nothing can be construed as self-promotion of their product on the forum.
These vendor guidelines have served us well for over a year.
If you have questions you wish to ask of MultiCharts directly, I ask that you do it in a private message to them. If you ask in the forum, you place them in a difficult position of breaking the guidelines in order to answer you.
Sure. I don't want to make the process difficult. But MultiCharts is not receiving special treatment on the forum, that is the bottom line. I am doing this for the integrity of the site, and the benefit of you guys.
Yes, please. I am trying to keep it as simple as possible. The bottom line is this: futures.io (formerly BMT) is unlike other forums, and one of the ways we are different is that we've not "sold out" to vendors, they do not get to dictate to us what does or does not appear on our site regarding their product.
In the future you may just wish to drop a public forum reply, something like "Hi, I will contact you privately to ensure all your questions are answered". That way it is not promotion of your product on the forum, but also other readers of the thread understand you are active and have not overlooked or forgotten someone
BTW, to the site I hope you can answer our users questions (mine, too).
